If you’re creating a new Vebbler account and didn’t get the OTP to confirm your mobile phone number:
- Make sure that you entered the correct mobile number. Don’t use any special characters (+ or -) or leading zeros. If you entered the wrong number, you can update it and send the confirmation code again.
- Tap Resend or opt for a call to confirm your OTP.
- Your mobile carrier might have network issues, so wait for a while to receive the OTP.
- If you are still unable to get the verification OTP, contact us and we will help you confirm your account.
If you added your mobile phone number to your Vebbler account but didn’t get the confirmation code, make sure that the mobile number is correct. If you entered the wrong number, you can update it and send the confirmation code again.
